1. Purchase only ONE file, your print vendor will print the quantity needed.
2. Go to the "Purchases and Reviews" tab of your Etsy account to view and download your files (scroll through the photo gallery on each listing to see a visual, step-by-step guide to downloading your files).
3. Follow downloading steps included with your files.
4. GO TO PRINT (@ Staples, Office Depot, FedEX.) -or- through our Print Vendor Partner. Contact us for details.
5. DO YOU NEED YOUR SIGN PRINTED AND DELIVERED? Ask about printing through our preferred online print vendor. You won't even have to set down your drink! :-) Contact us for pricing and details.

Printing through a professional print vendor ensures high quality prints that cannot be achieved with small home printers. We do not recommend uploading your files to a web platform. Any issues that arise with online servers will be at your own risk. We cannot help with uploading issues or print options. It's the customer's responsibility to contact the online print vendor/company directly to discuss issues.

4 out of 5 starsThis sign was an exceptional piece at my Tim Burton themed wedding. The illustration and font choices are creative and really set the tone for what your mouth was about to enjoy. My only heartache was the fact that the file only comes in JPG and PNG, and not an editable file. I sincerely missed the image where it said NOT a template. This is my fault. It really is a creative piece of art. I would def purchase this if you want this exact drink recipe and you love the design as much as I did.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE DRINK DESIGNS AND/OR WORDING?
To keep prices low, all designs are Instant Downloads and sold as shown with no customization. All drink ingredients are generic and coordinate with the drink graphic. However, if you would like to discuss a custom design, please visit our original shop and leave a message:

WHAT IS AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD?
An instant download is a digital file that is available immediately after payment has been processed by Etsy. Instant downloads are sent by Etsy to the email address listed provided on your Etsy receipt. Please ensure your email address is correct and valid before making the purchase.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY FILES TO DOWNLOAD?
To open, view, and download your files go to the "Purchases and Reviews" tab of your Etsy account. To see a visual screenshot showing how to find "Purchases and Reviews" go to the photo gallery of the listing you are viewing (or purchased). Swipe through and you will find steps listed on PICS 6A & 6B (look for red circle 6A & red circle 6B in top left to identify the number of the photo you are viewing).

WHERE DO I PRINT?
Printing is easy! Print through a local print vendor (Staples, FedEX, etc.)...or print through our PREFERRED online print vendor (even easier!). We place the order for you with no effort needed on your end! Contact us to discuss pricing and printing options.
➨ Please note, even though we recommend these particular print vendors, we cannot guarantee their print quality due to printing knowledge varying from location to location. Our files have very high resolution (350 dpi). If your printed sign has low resolution, it's either, the downloading *method was performed incorrectly or the actual printer may need recalibrating (consult print vendor).
➨Never "save image as" when previewing the images, the files will be too small for printing.
DO YOU RECOMMEND (or not Recommend) CERTAIN PRINT VENDORS?
Recommended Print Vendors = Staples, Office Max, FedEX, or a trusted local print vendor. Printing digital files with high resolution is their expertise. Our files have 350 DPI, which requires expert printing.
➨Even though we recommend these particular print vendors, we cannot guarantee their print quality due to printing knowledge varying from employees to location.
Not Recommended = Walgreens, Wal-mart, Costco, Sam's Club, etc. These vendors are good at printing photos, which is a very different process. It's also been our experience that standard sizes are often not offered with these vendors.

WHAT IF I NEED A LARGER SIZE OTHER THAN THE 8X10/11X14 FILES THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?
★★ WHOA! - DO NOT PURCHASE IF NEEDING A SIZE CHANGE - ALL SALES FINAL - if an 8x10 or 11x14 is purchased but a larger size is needed, then a separate purchase will be required for the size reformat.
Most listings in our shop include an 8x10 & 11x14 with the purchase. Be sure to read the LISTING DETAILS to see what size(s) you are purchasing. DO NOT make a purchase if needing a size larger than what is listed. Contact us to discuss the fee for a size change.

MY PRINT VENDOR SAYS THE DIGITAL FILE IS LOW RESOLUTION, WHAT'S WRONG?
Are you attempting to download from your phone or tablet? The files are too large to download from a phone or tablet. Using either of those devices can reduce the resolution of the digital image. You must download your file to a computer and then upload it to the print vendor from your computer.
★★ Withered Pines & Whiskey is not responsible for poor print quality if the files are downloaded incorrectly. Our digital files are 350 dpi, which is an extremely high resolution. Ignoring our instructions will most definitely compromise the quality.
➨ Never "save image as" when previewing the images, the files will be too small for printing. Doing so, is only saving a low quality "preview" image and not an actual high-quality file.
